2. Enter the login credentials requested on the portal.
3. Use your Application Number / Registration details and applicable password / Date of Birth credentials.
4. Complete the security verification displayed on the portal.
5. Click the Login / Submit button.
6. Open the Tier-II Result / Result Status section.
7. Check the result / shortlisting status for your post.
8. If Tier-II marks are available for your post, download or save them.
9. If shortlisted for Interview or Skill Test, check the next-stage instructions.
10. If an organisation / region preference is required, submit it within the period shown in your login.
11. Download and retain the result information for future reference.

For Posts Having an Interview:

• The present Tier-II result shows the candidate’s shortlisting status for Interview.
• The selection process is still continuing.
• Marksheets will be made available within 15 days from publication of the final result after completion of the Interview process.

For Posts Without an Interview:

• Tier-II marks are made available in the respective candidate login along with declaration of result.

For Interview / Skill Test Posts:

• Schedule and Call Letters will be made available in the respective candidate login after finalisation of the schedule.

Final Merit for Interview Posts: Tier-II carries 85% weightage and Interview carries 15% weightage. The Interview is conducted for 100 marks.

For Skill Test posts, final merit is prepared using Tier-II marks subject to the candidate qualifying the applicable Skill Test.

Skill Test Shortlisting Ratio: Approximately 1:5 relative to the notified vacancies, subject to the official rules.

For these posts, the notification states that there is neither Interview nor Skill Test; merit is prepared using Tier-II marks, subject to eligibility, preference / allocation where applicable and document verification requirements.

• Tier-II Exam Duration: 2½ Hours
• Tier-II is a Subject Knowledge Examination.
• It is a combination of Pen-Paper and OMR-Based examination.
• Objective Questions: 1 mark each
• Negative Marking: 0.25 mark for each wrong objective answer
• No marks are awarded for unanswered questions.
• There is no provision for general re-evaluation of the objective / written / descriptive Tier-II examination.

• Minimum CPT Requirement: 40%

NVS Junior Secretariat Assistant:

• Typing Test on Computer
• English: 30 WPM
• Hindi: 25 WPM

KVS Stenographer Grade-I / Grade-II:

• Shorthand Dictation: 10 Minutes @ 80 WPM
• English Transcription: 50 Minutes
• Hindi Transcription: 65 Minutes
• Typing Test English: 40 WPM
• Typing Test Hindi: 35 WPM
• Computer Proficiency Test: 100 Marks
• Minimum CPT Requirement: 40%

• Preference must be submitted within the notified period.
• Post / organisation allocation is made according to merit and choice.
• A candidate is allotted only one post according to the final applicable merit and preference.
• Request for change after submission is generally not accepted.
• A candidate who fails to submit a required choice within the stipulated period may not be considered for allocation.
• The notification states that no waiting list shall be maintained.
