• Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Commerce degree from a recognized university or institution.
• Candidates possessing a Postgraduate Diploma in Accountancy may also be eligible as specified in the official notification.
• Candidates must possess a valid UPSSSC PET 2025 Score Card.
• Candidates should have passed the required O Level examination or possess an equivalent computer qualification accepted by UPSSSC.
• Post-wise qualification requirements must be verified from the official notification.
• Merely possessing a PET score does not guarantee selection or eligibility unless all other conditions are fulfilled.

Educational Qualification Summary: B.Com or Postgraduate Diploma in Accountancy, UPSSSC PET 2025 score card and O Level qualification, subject to the complete conditions mentioned in Advertisement Number 14/2026.

Auditor: An Auditor may be responsible for checking departmental accounts, verifying financial records, examining expenditure, preparing audit observations and ensuring compliance with government financial procedures.

Assistant Accountant: An Assistant Accountant may handle account entries, vouchers, bills, financial statements, budget records, reconciliation work and other departmental accounting duties.

The final duties, department allocation and responsibilities will depend on UPSSSC rules and the appointing department.
