• Paper-I is Objective / Multiple Choice.
• Paper-I questions are set in English and Hindi.
• Paper-II contains General Studies, Essay and Comprehension.
• Essay can be written in English or Hindi as permitted.
• Precis Writing, Comprehension and other language-skill components are to be answered in English only.
• There are separate minimum qualifying marks in each paper as determined by UPSC.
• Paper-II is evaluated only for candidates meeting the required Paper-I standard.
• Negative marking applies to wrong answers in the objective paper according to UPSC rules.

4. Click the result PDF.
5. The official Roll Number list will open.
6. Download the PDF.
7. On a computer, press Ctrl + F.

9. Enter your examination Roll Number.
10. If your Roll Number appears in the PDF, you have provisionally qualified for PST/PET.

• Original eligibility and reservation certificates are required at the applicable verification stage.
• NCC ‘B’ or ‘C’ Certificate is treated as a desirable qualification and is considered at the Interview / Personality Test stage as prescribed.

The final merit list is drawn on the basis of marks obtained in the Written Examination and Interview / Personality Test, subject to fulfilment of all other prescribed eligibility, physical and medical requirements.
