The mains application form is not open to every graduate candidate. It is intended for candidates who appeared in and qualified the MPPSC State Service Preliminary Examination associated with the relevant advertisement.

• The candidate should be listed as qualified in the preliminary result.
• The preliminary application number and login details should be available.
• The candidate must continue to satisfy the original recruitment eligibility conditions.
• Category and qualification documents should be valid on the required dates.
• Information entered in the mains form should match the preliminary application.

• Only preliminary-qualified candidates should submit the MPPSC State Service Exam SSE Mains Online Form 2026.
• Read the mains-form notice and Advertisement Number 45/2024 before starting the application.
• Use the correct application number, user ID, password or date of birth to login.
• Enter personal and educational details exactly as recorded in the preliminary form.
• Check category, domicile, service preference and qualification details carefully.
• Upload clear and valid documents in the prescribed format.
• Pay the mains application fee before 15 July 2026.
• Use the correction facility before 17 July 2026 if any permitted information requires correction.
• Download the final submitted Detailed Application Form and fee receipt.

2. Open the State Service Examination section.
3. Click on the MPPSC State Service Examination Mains Online Form or Detailed Application Form link.
4. Login using the preliminary examination application number, user ID, password or date of birth.
5. Confirm the candidate’s personal information shown on the portal.
6. Enter educational qualification, category, domicile and communication details.
7. Choose service or post preferences if the portal asks for them.
8. Enter additional information required in the Detailed Application Form.
9. Upload the photograph, signature and supporting documents in the prescribed format.
10. Review every field carefully before proceeding to payment.
11. Pay the applicable mains application fee and portal charges.
12. Submit the mains form before 15 July 2026.
13. Download the confirmation page and final Detailed Application Form.
14. Take a clear printout for future document verification and interview use.
