7. Search your roll number or relevant allotment details.
8. Check the allotted institute and course carefully.
9. Open the official counselling portal for the individual provisional allotment order.
10. Log in using your registration number and password.
11. Download the first round provisional allotment order.
12. Take multiple printouts for reporting and document verification.

• Candidates who receive a first round seat may be eligible to select the upgradation option according to counselling rules.
• A candidate opting for upgradation must still report for first round document verification.
• Original certificates must be produced at the reporting / nodal centre.
• If a higher preference is allotted in the second round, the first round allotment may be replaced according to BCECEB rules.
• If no upgraded seat is allotted, the candidate’s previous seat status is governed by the official counselling conditions.
