• Para-Medical Degree Group : Minimum 18 Years
• Pharmacy Degree Group : Minimum 18 Years
• Maximum Age : No Upper Age Limit, subject to course rules
• Candidate should check course-wise age conditions from the official prospectus.

• Passed a minimum three-year or two-year lateral-entry Diploma examination with at least 45% marks.
• Reserved-category candidates require at least 40% marks.
• The Diploma should be in a branch of Engineering and Technology.
• Alternatively, candidates may possess a recognized B.Sc. degree with at least 45% marks, or 40% for reserved categories, and must have studied Mathematics at the 10+2 level.
• Candidates who passed D.Voc. in the same or an allied sector may also be eligible.

• Passed a two-year Para-Medical Diploma recognized by the Government of Bihar or Government of India.
• Candidates appearing in the final Diploma examination may apply but must pass before counselling or interview.
• The candidate must be eligible for the corresponding higher Para-Medical degree course.

• Passed a two-year Diploma in Pharmacy recognized by the Government of Bihar or Government of India.
• Final-year Diploma candidates may apply but must pass before counselling or admission.
• Candidates must satisfy all eligibility conditions specified for lateral entry into the Pharmacy degree course.

• The candidate must have appeared in BCECE-LE 2026 and obtained a valid rank card.
• The candidate must have completed online counselling registration and choice filling.
• College and branch choices should have been saved and locked within the prescribed schedule.
• Engineering candidates must possess an eligible Diploma, B.Sc. degree or D.Voc. qualification.
• Reserved-category candidates must produce a valid category certificate during verification.
• Allotted admission remains provisional until educational and eligibility documents are verified.
• Candidates must report to the designated reporting or nodal centre within the official schedule.

• Candidates must log in using the credentials required by the official counselling system.
• Check the allotted institute, branch, category, reporting centre and reporting date carefully.
• Downloading the allotment order alone does not complete the admission process.

1. Visit the official BCECEB admission and eCounselling website.
2. Open the Candidate Activity Board for Counselling.
3. Click on the link titled Round 1 Seat Allotment Result for B.Tech Lateral Entry Counselling 2026.
4. The candidate login page will open on the screen.
5. Enter your roll number, registration details or other required login credentials.
6. Enter the password and security code correctly.
7. Click on the Login or Submit button.
8. Open the Seat Allotment Result section in the candidate dashboard.
9. Check the allotted college, Engineering branch and allotment category.
10. Click on the option to download the provisional allotment order.
11. Save the allotment order as a PDF file.
12. Take a clear printout and read all reporting instructions carefully.
13. Complete willingness submission, document uploading or other online steps shown in the dashboard.
14. Report to the allotted reporting or nodal centre within the prescribed schedule.

• Freeze: Choose this option when you are satisfied with the allotted seat and do not want to participate in further upgradation.
• Float / Upgradation: Choose this option when you accept the current seat but want to be considered for a higher-preference choice in the next round.
• Candidates choosing upgradation must still complete the required first-round document-verification process.
• If no higher-preference seat is allotted in the next round, the existing allotment may continue according to the counselling rules.
• Candidates must read the willingness instructions displayed in their dashboard before selecting an option.

• Download and print the provisional allotment order immediately.
• Check the allotted institute, branch and category carefully.
• Read the reporting-centre instructions printed on the allotment order.
• Arrange all original educational, identity and category certificates.
