• No common minimum or maximum age limit is prescribed merely for appearing in HTET.

• Senior Secondary or equivalent qualification with the prescribed marks and a recognized Diploma in Elementary Education.
• Senior Secondary with the prescribed marks and Bachelor of Elementary Education, where accepted.
• Senior Secondary with the prescribed marks and a recognized Special Education qualification, where accepted.
• Graduation with a recognized Diploma in Elementary Education or another qualification permitted under the applicable Haryana teacher-service rules.
• Candidates must also satisfy any Hindi or Sanskrit requirement prescribed for the relevant teaching post.

• Bachelor’s degree with the prescribed marks in the relevant subject or subject combination.
• A recognized B.Ed., B.Ed. Special Education, Diploma in Elementary Education or another accepted teacher-training qualification.
• Four-year B.A.-B.Ed., B.Sc.-B.Ed. or Bachelor of Elementary Education may be accepted for applicable subjects.
• Eligibility differs for Hindi, English, Sanskrit, Punjabi, Urdu, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Physical Education, Music, Art and other TGT subjects.
• Candidates must satisfy the exact subject-wise qualification stated in the official information bulletin and relevant recruitment rules.

• Postgraduate degree in the concerned subject with the prescribed minimum marks.
• A recognized B.Ed. degree or another teacher-training qualification accepted for the relevant subject.
• Candidates must satisfy the subject-specific postgraduate qualification stated in the information bulletin.
• Hindi or Sanskrit at Matric level, or Hindi at a higher educational level, may be required according to Haryana rules.
• A consistent academic record may be required for applicable PGT subjects.

• Verification Dates : 10 August to 12 August 2026
• Reporting Time : 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Verification is mandatory only for candidates identified as eligible or required by the Board.
• District-wise verification centres have been established across Haryana.
• Candidates from outside Haryana may complete verification at an available district centre according to the Board’s instructions.
• The registered mobile number and email should remain active for verification information.
• The Board may modify the verification schedule or venue if necessary.

• BSEH has released a separate level-wise list of disqualified candidates.
• The listed candidates failed to darken any of the four circles in more than 20 questions on the OMR answer sheet.
• Their OMR answer sheets were not evaluated.
• Their candidature for the examination stands disqualified according to the official notice.
• Candidates can download the official list and search their roll number.

4. Select the examination level: Level-I, Level-II or Level-III.
5. Enter your Application ID or Registration Number.
6. Enter your Date of Birth in the requested format.

8. Click on the Login or Submit button.
9. Your marks and result status will appear on the screen.
10. Check the candidate details, level, marks and qualification status.
11. Download the result or score card.
12. Take a clear printout for certificate and recruitment purposes.

• The HTET qualifying certificate is valid for a lifetime from its date of issue.
• There is no restriction on the number of attempts for acquiring an HTET certificate.
• A candidate who has already qualified may appear again to improve the score.
• If a result is later revised from Not Qualified to Qualified, certificate validity is considered according to the date of issue or applicable Board rule.
• A lifetime-valid certificate does not remove the requirement to satisfy the eligibility rules of an individual recruitment.

• Level-I qualification establishes eligibility for applicable Primary Teacher recruitment.
• Level-II qualification establishes eligibility for applicable Trained Graduate Teacher recruitment.
• Level-III qualification establishes eligibility for applicable Post Graduate Teacher recruitment.
• The certificate is an eligibility document and not an appointment letter.
• Candidates must separately apply for teaching vacancies advertised by the Haryana Government or another competent authority.
• The recruiting authority may conduct a written examination, merit assessment, document verification or another selection stage.

• Required biometric verification has not been completed.
• Candidate details do not match the official application records.
• More than one application was submitted for the same examination level.
• False, incorrect or misleading information was provided.
• The candidate was included in the official disqualified list.
• The OMR answer sheet was not evaluated under the examination instructions.
• An unfair-means or impersonation case is pending.
• Required category, identity or disability proof is invalid.
• The Board has withheld the result for administrative or legal verification.

• Do not describe HTET as recruitment for a fixed number of PRT, TGT or PGT posts.
• Do not search for a public merit-list PDF because the result is candidate-specific.
• Select the correct examination level before entering login details.
• Do not enter a roll number where the portal asks for an Application ID or Registration Number.
• Do not confuse the provisional answer key with the final answer key.
• Do not miss biometric verification if your candidature is included in the eligible list.
• Do not carry only a digital or photocopied identity document to biometric verification.
• Do not assume that the qualifying certificate itself provides a teaching appointment.
• Do not share result-login details with an unknown person.
• Verify every update from the official HTET and BSEH websites.
