• Freeze: Choose this option when you are satisfied with the allotted seat and do not want upgradation in the next round.

• A candidate choosing Float should retain the first-round verification slip and complete all required formalities.
• If no higher preference is allotted in the next round, the existing valid seat may remain with the candidate according to the counselling rules.
• Failure to submit willingness or pay a required fee may result in cancellation of the allotted seat.

1. Visit the official BCECEB Admission and eCounselling Services website.
2. Open the Candidate Activity Board for Counselling.
3. Select the Round 1 allotment-result link for your applicable BCECE group.
4. The official counselling login page will open.
5. Enter your BCECE roll number, registration ID or other requested login details.
6. Enter the counselling password.
7. Complete the captcha or security verification.
8. Click on the Login or Sign In button.
9. Open the Seat Allotment Result option in the candidate dashboard.
10. Check the allotted institute, course, branch and category.
11. Select the required willingness option.
12. Download the provisional allotment order.
13. Save the allotment order as a PDF.
14. Take clear printouts for document verification and admission.

2. Open the Rank Card section.
3. Select Rank Card of BCECE-2026.
4. Choose the Agriculture CBA/MBA/MCA/PCA rank card, Joint PCM/PCB rank card or PCM/PCB rank card as applicable.
5. Enter your BCECE examination roll number.
6. Enter your date of birth.
7. Click on the Show Rank or Submit button.
8. Check the displayed category and group rank.
9. Download the rank card.
10. Take a printout for counselling and admission.
