• Candidates must possess the prescribed sports achievement in a recognized national or international competition.
• Eligible achievements include representing India or representing a state in recognized competitions such as the Olympics, Commonwealth Games or Asian Games.
• Alternative participation conditions may include repeated participation in All India Inter-University, recognized junior, national youth, inter-services, All India Police Games or Inter-Railway competitions.
• Candidates must produce original qualification and sports-achievement certificates during verification.
